Malaysia hosted the XIII NAM Summit from 20 to 25 Feb 2003 in Kuala Lumpur. Held every three years, it is the highest decision-making authority of the Movement. The stamps feature Malaysia's flag and the years when NAM Summit were held (30 sen se-tenant) as well as Malaysia's map and 2003, the year Malaysia hosted the summit (50 sen se-tenant). The summit's logo is also illustrated in all four stamps.
