The first Commonwealth Tourism Ministers Meeting was held from 18 to 21 Mar 2004 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Such forum provides an excellent opportunity in bringing together tourism ministers from member countries and other tourism players to share their experience, exchange ideas and discuss ways to establish cooperation in the field of tourism. The stamps feature various aspects pertaining to tourism – sports tourism as illustrated using golf as a sport (30 sen), eco-tourism as illustrated using pristine white beaches of Malaysia (50 sen) as well as Malaysia's treasure trove of culture, arts, handicrafts, flora and fauna (RM1.00).
