Malaysia hosted the 5th Ministers' Forum on Infrastructure Development in the Asia Pacific Region in Kuala Lumpur from 24 to 25 Jan 2005. The objectives of the 5th Ministers' Forum are to reach a consensus on environmental issues, concrete and practical solutions on infrastructure development as well as the materialisation of the bilateral or multilateral cooperation on a realistic scale. The stamps feature some of the developed infrastructure in the country – bridges and buildings in Putrajaya against a background of KL skyline (30 sen), the railway network (50 sen) as well as the air transport network (RM1.00).
