This stamp issue, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations, features flags of ASEAN countries and China, representing political and security partnership between both sides (30 sen), montage of infrastructure and industrial activities, reflecting the various areas of cooperation between ASEAN and China (50 sen) as well as a red ribbon forming a knot, signifying the close ties and relations between ASEAN and China (RM1.00).
