This stamp issue by Australia Post on aviation looks at the role of aircraft in carrying airmail and passengers in Australia since the beginning of civil air transport in 1921. The launch of this set of stamps also coincides with the launch by Qantas of services using its then new Airbus A380 passenger jet.
