This is a special and limited collection where all the six denominations of each state definitive stamps featuring Garden Flowers issued on 31 Dec 2007 is made available in 14 separate mini sheets. Shown here are the stamps for the state of Kedah, a state located in the northwestern part of Peninsular Malaysia. At top right of each stamp is the portrait of Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, the Sultan of Kedah at the time of stamp issue. The Coat of Arms of Kedah is also shown in each stamp.
