This is a special and limited collection where all the six denominations of each state definitive stamps featuring Garden Flowers issued on 31 Dec 2007 is made available in 14 separate mini sheets. Shown here are the stamps for the state of Perak, a state located in the west coast part of Peninsular Malaysia. At top right of each stamp is the portrait of Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Yussuff Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahu-lah, the Sultan of Perak at the time of stamp issue. The Coat of Arms of Perak is also shown in each stamp.
