This is a special and limited collection where all the six denominations of each state definitive stamps featuring Garden Flowers issued on 31 Dec 2007 is made available in 14 separate mini sheets. Shown here are the stamps for the state of Perlis, a state that lies at the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. At top right of each stamp is the portrait of Tuanku Syed Harun Putra ibni Almarhum Syed Hassan Jamalullail, the Raja of Perlis at the time of stamp issue. The Coat of Arms of Perlis is also shown in each stamp.
