This is a special and limited collection where all the six denominations of each state definitive stamps featuring Garden Flowers issued on 31 Dec 2007 is made available in 14 separate mini sheets. Shown here are the stamps for the state of Sabah, an East Malaysia state located on the northern portion of Borneo Island. The head of state is the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or Governor, rather than a Sultan, hence only the Coat of Arms of Sabah is shown in each stamp.
