The dough figurines, a handicraft from Hong Kong, is an enchanting Chinese folk art where dough is turned into lifelike figurines and painted to make them more vivid, using simple tools. Painted eggs, a handicraft from Romania, is a very old custom in Romania and is a symbol of spring and the rebirth of nature. Both stamp designs are jointly issued, with the stamps issued by Romfilatelia at a denomination of 2 L.
