This stamp issue by Pos Malaysia celebrates the 80th birthday of the then Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah in 2010. The stamps in this issue feature a portrait of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah with the Sultanah of Pahang, Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom, with royal regalia such as the royal umbrella, royal flags and crown (60 sen); a portrait of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah in his complete attire as Colonel-in-Chief, with royal cultural instruments such as the Tenun Pahang and the Gamelan Pahang (80 sen); as well as a portrait of Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah in his official royal costume and award, with the Royal Seal and Royal Throne (RM1.00).
