Hongkong Post presented its first and second sets on flock stamps on Chinese zodiac animals in 2003 and 2007 respectively. This issue is the third set of flock stamps on Rat, Ox, Tiger and Rabbit. As the name suggests, flock stamps are printed on flock paper. Flock paper is a paper that is patterned by sizing, and then coated with powders of wool or cotton.
