This second stamp issue in 2012 by Pos Malaysia on "Yes to Life, No to Drugs" was produced in collaboration with the International Federation of Non-Government Organisations (IFNGO). The IFNGO for the Prevention of Drug and Substance Abuse comprises NGOs from all over the world engaged in anti-drug and substance abuse activities. This stamp issue features the positive outlook for lives that are free from drugs and other substance abuse – a happy life that can be achieved via a healthy lifestyle without drug abuse (60 sen se-tenant) and children reaching adulthood and joining the professional category (RM1.00). The IFNGO logo appears in all three stamps. The stamps in this issue are triangular-shaped, and this is the fourth time Pos Malaysia has issued triangular-shaped stamps.
