The World Scout Bureau, formerly the International Bureau, is the secretariat that carries out the instructions of the World Scout Conference and the World Scout Committee. In Aug 2013, Secretary General Scott Teare announced his intention to relocate the World Scout Bureau Central Office to Kuala Lumpur. The office in Kuala Lumpur became operational in May 2014, and it is located on the 17th floor of Sentral Vista Building in Brickfields. Pos Malaysia released this set of stamps to celebrate the historic grand opening, with the stamps featuring the World Scout Bureau (30 sen), World Scouting (50 sen) and the World Scout Bureau Kuala Lumpur Office (60 sen).
