2020 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Hungary, a significant milestone both countries have built. Over the years, Singapore and Hungary's relations have grown from strength to strength with both countries continuing to have warm relationship with good collaborations. Celebrating this close diplomatic relation, Singapore Post and Magyar Posta jointly release a stamp issue featuring bridges found in each country – Széchenyi Chain Bridge of Budapest and Cavenagh Bridge of Singapore. Both stamp designs are jointly issued, with the stamps issued by Magyar Posta are both at a denomination of 300 Ft.
