This stamp issue by Pos Malaysia commemorates Jit Sin School's centenary in 2018. Founded in 1918, Jit Sin School has been standing magnificently in Bukit Mertajam for more than a century. The name Jit Sin 日新 means to reinvent oneself continuously. The school has endured various challenges and obstacles for the past century, and is committed to uphold its true principles of pursuing greater excellence in the future. The stamps in this issue feature Jit Sin Chinese Primary School A & B, Jit Sin High School and Jit Sin Independent High School.
