The ASEAN Postal Administrations team is made up of the postal administrations from the 10 ASEAN countries. Each year, the ASEAN Postal Administrations team meets to share experiences and ideas to transform and integrate Posts in the ASEAN region. To further build and strengthen the excellent relationship, the team will jointly release either a similar-designed or similar-themed stamp issue. In 2019, it's a similar-themed stamp issue, this time featuring national costume of each country. The single stamp in this stamp issue by Pos Malaysia features Baju Melayu and Baju Kurung, a traditional costume of the Malays. Past joint issue by ASEAN Postal Administrations include :
