2018 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Russia. Commemorating this warm friendship and significant milestone between both nations, Singapore Post and RusMarka jointly release a stamp issue featuring the top city parks of both countries, whose futuristic and sustainable architecture have made them national icons – Singapore's Gardens by the Bay and Moscow's Zaryadye Park. Both stamp designs are jointly issued, with the stamps issued by RusMarka are both at a denomination of 40 ₽.
