There are a total of 12 animal signs in the Chinese zodiac, which is based on five cycles of 12 years each. 2022 is the Year of the Water Tiger; 1962 being another of such year within the century. Celebrating the Year of the Water Tiger, just like prior years, besides the annual zodiac stamps, Singapore Post also issued a Special Collector's Sheet with a commemorative S$10.00 stamp. The Collector's Sheet is encased in a folder along with a set of zodiac-themed red packets. The design of the Special Collector's Sheet is inspired by the traditional Chinese art form of paper cutting, with the commemorative stamp in the Special Collector's Sheet featuring the Chinese character 虎 (Tiger).
