Paying tribute to the various heroes of the Covid-19 pandemic, from our very own family members, teachers, doctors and nurses to vaccine scientists and fundraisers, the stamps in this special stamp issue are from the eight winning designs from a UK-wide stamp design competition. With a record-breaking of 606,049 entries submitted by school-aged children from across the UK, the competition has achieved a new Guinness World Records title. The eight winning designs were personally chosen by HRH The Prince of Wales, and they are :
