The last stamp issue in 2022 by Pos Malaysia pays tribute and celebrates the legacy of three Malaysian scholars who have provided significant contributions to the education system in the country – the late Royal Professor Ungku Abdul Aziz (30 sen), the late Emeritus Professor Tan Sri' Dato Dr. Khoo Kay Kim (RM1.00) and the late Emeritus Professor Tan Sri' Dato Dr. Mohd Rashdan Baba (RM1.30). Royal Professor Ungku Abdul Aziz, who has made distinguished achievements in Malaysia's economic studies, was the first General Director of the Council on Language and Literature of Malaysia (Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka). Emeritus Professor Tan Sri' Dato Dr. Khoo Kay Kim was a Malaysian historian who played an instrumental role in formulating the Rukun Negara following the devastating racial riots of 13 May 1969. Emeritus Professor Tan Sri' Dato Dr. Mohd Rashdan Baba, meanwhile, was the first vice-chancellor of University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
