Bang Sue Grand Station, also known as Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, is Bangkok's largest railway station. Situated in the north of Bangkok, next to Bang Sue Junction Station, it replaces the old Hua Lamphong Railway Station. It is a major hub for both local and long-distance travel, whereby it is connected to various train lines, including the MRT Blue Line, SRT Red Line, and long-distance trains to Northern, Northeastern, and Southern Thailand. This stamp issue by Thailand Post in 2021 commemorates the opening of Bang Sue Grand Station, with the four stamps in this issue featuring the giant clock at the station's entrance, southern Red Line train, maintenance facility of the suburban Red Line train as well as an aerial view of Bang Sue Grand Station.
