Bidding adieu to the Year of the Tiger and ringing in the Year of the Rabbit, Hongkong Post issued the Lunar New Year Gold and Silver Stamp featuring the outgoing zodiac animal, the Tiger and the incoming zodiac animal, the Rabbit. This is the eleventh issue in the second Lunar New Year Gold and Silver Stamp issue series released by Hongkong Post. The Tiger stamp is hot foiled with silver, while the Rabbit stamp is affixed with 22K gold-plated lace metal. Each miniature sheet is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. With reddish orange as the key tone, the background of the miniature sheet is filled with reliefs of tree peonies, bringing a strong festive ambience.
