Hongkong Post has been issuing the fourth Lunar New Year stamp series since 2012. The Year of the Rabbit 2023 completes this series of zodiac stamps. Besides the regular stamps issued to welcome the Year of the Rabbit, this stamp issue also comes with miniature sheet designs printed on two different types of paper and shades of pink. The HK$50.00 stamp in above miniature sheet is printed on silk paper and it features an adorable rabbit, with floral patterns in golden lines on its plump body. As a symbol of prestige and elegance, the silk imparts a sense of grandeur to the miniature sheet. Although both have the same stamp size, the size of the silk miniature sheet is smaller compared to the normal miniature sheet. Nevertheless, both versions are equally stunning and beautiful.
