HRH Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu ascended the Terengganu throne in 1998 and is widely recognised for his dedication to good governance, the preservation of Islamic values, and the development of Terengganu throughout his reign. Commemorating 25 years of HRH Sultan Mizan's reign in 2023, Pos Malaysia issued a set of stamps of three denominations, each featuring a formal portrait of Sultan Mizan dressed in royal attire against distinctive background colours of green, dark blue, and royal yellow. A specially created "25 Jubli Perak" (translated 25 Silver Jubilee) emblem appears prominently on each stamp, reinforcing the significance of the Silver Jubilee celebration. The combination of regal imagery, national symbolism and refined colour schemes results in a dignified tribute to HRH Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu.
