Malaysia's rich cultural diversity is beautifully celebrated in this stamp issue by Pos Malaysia. Showcasing traditional dances that reflect the country's multicultural heritage, the four regular stamps in this issue feature (from left to right) Tarian Ayam Didik, a traditional dance known for its graceful movements and cultural significance in the northern Malay Peninsula; the Dragon Dance, a vibrant performance closely associated with Chinese cultural celebrations and symbolising prosperity and good fortune; the Bharatanatyam, one of the oldest classical Indian dance forms, renowned for its expressive gestures, intricate footwork, and storytelling elements; as well as Ngajat, the iconic traditional dance of the Iban community in Sarawak, celebrated for its energetic movements and warrior-inspired traditions. Together, all four stamps present a colourful tribute to Malaysia's multicultural identity, highlighting the traditions and performing arts of its diverse communities.
