This second series on rare flowers features the Rhododendron, a rare species of flowering plants found on the slopes of Mount Kinabalu, Sabah. Four different species of Rhododendron are being featured in this issue – Rhododendron nervulosum (30 sen), Rhododendron stenophyllum (30 sen), Rhododendron rugosum (50 sen) and Rhododendron stapfianum (RM1.00).
