2015 marks Singapore's 50 years of independence. Celebrating this Golden Jubilee, a series of three commemorative stamp sets has been released yearly from 2013 to 2015. The stamp set released in 2015, with the theme "A Brighter Future Together", celebrates the nation's hopes for the future. The stamp set focuses on people from all walks of life who make up Singapore, featuring the nation's achievements, the values which bind them together, as well as the vision that the people share as a nation (click here to view the stamps). Meanwhile, the single stamp in the miniature sheet features the wording 50 Years of Independence, printed with Guilloché effect using gold foil.
