The National Day Parade (NDP) is an annual celebration of Singapore's independence and a platform for Singaporeans from all walks of life to come together to celebrate the nation's milestones and achievements. Celebrating 50 years of NDP in 2016, this stamp issue captures the spirit of the nation and its people who come together every year to celebrate the past, appreciate the present and prepare for the future. The stamps come in seven designs – one in miniature sheet above and six in another cover.
